Jason X, anyone had the misfortune to sit through this one. Got it to review for Fox downunder and unfort couldn't find anything nice to say about it.

Freddy vs Jason, apparently the match up we have been waiting decades for. If you view this one as a comedy it works Jason's mum gets a reprise....

And if that isn't enough there's more to come I blame John Carpenter, who showed what you could do with 300k and a couple of weeks shooting a movie

Jason X had some interesting ways for people to die but no it wasn't a fantastic film.
Freddy V Jason was fab !!! Pure Comedy very gory to !! I find Freddy hilarious. Thumbs up !!!!

Watched Jason X again last night (l get all these pre release tape things so l can hammer out a review). Anyways watched it as a few people are running a book on how many rip offs the movie contains.

Some one is up to ten so far (which is far past my count).

So far l have

- The Colonial Marines in "Aliens", obvious one.

- The scene in Halloween when some one backs into a doorway and the "shape" <insert psyhco here> has his face gradually lit up. Now that one was way past funky when done originally.

- The holo deck ripped directly from Star Trek, similar use was made in one of the Borg encounters. Another obvious one.

- All those major sharp hooks and things in the docking bay (and where was the logic in that), a direct rip of one of the Hell Raiser movies...

- Am also making a case that urber Jason is a rip of Cyborg, but no one is buying that one at all
