OK .. Alias isn't strictly Sci-FI.

But Rambaldi adds a sci-fi aspect to it. How did he know so much about the future and how to make 'advanced' technology with his limited resources?

Was he a time traveller?

Could he see into the future?

Was he simply 'hyper' intelligent?

I for one, can't wait for the next series smile.gif

To be honest I don't know the series, is it work getting in to?

I think SKY are showing it at the moment? Or would you reccomend seeing it from the very beginning? biggrin.gif

Yes .. very worth it. Its primarily a 'spy action show', but it has this intrigueing thread running through it. e.g. In one episode the 'baddies' discover that some of the Rambaldi artifacts (things like clocks, paintings, small sculptures) can be assembled into one item by matching up faint magnetic fields that they give off - the finished item appears to be an EMP/Radiation pulse weapon that kills living matter in a certain radius around it, but leaves inorganic matter unharmed !!

It just makes you think "Who IS Rambaldi?"

That and the lead character is a very attractive woman!

One other thing, and it has become a standing joke with Mrs Master and myself ... the introduction before the main titles is usually about 5-6 minutes long! "That was a long introduction" we both cry at the appropriate time with giggles of laughter.

OK ... perhaps we don't get out much BUT WHAT DO YOU EXPECT WHEN I'M OUT ALL DAY TRYING TO TAKE OVER THE UNIVERSE !!

Ahem
