Recently finished Reynolds 'Absolution Gap'. What an amazing end to a brilliant sequence, it's surley one of the darkest hard sci-fi settings of recent years. As a collector of sci-fi weapons theories and ideas (like how they work) I was wondering if anyone could cast some light on the Bozer weapons featured. I've got an idea it's some sort of energy weapon, but was wondering if anyone knew anymore? And what about those 'Heavy relatevistic' weapons?
