I was wondering if any of you had experiances having readings done?

I am off to a friends house tonight for a spirit party! I guess thats a good way of putting it!
she has invited a clairvoyant and has got the wine in! we all get a reading for an amount of money (not too bad) and I think she said we get a tape of the readin too, so we can re listen when we have calmed down.

I am bit nervous and a bit excited

what if they tell me stuff I dont want to hear, what if no one wants to talk to me!! ??

I will let you know how it went.....if it does that is!!

well Ogre...it was not what I really wanted to hear!!

as soon as it was my turn, and I was 7th out of 8, he got very excited and said I wasn't going to get a family reading like everyone else but a spiritual one!

he stright away said I had a beautiful arua, green covered with silver and I had been given the gift!!! I knew I was sensitive but didnt really want to told that I had more than that.

he told me about my guides, I have 3, that didnt include all the cats and dogs around my feet, and he said something about caring/healing in a few years time and that I have spirit lights floating everywhere around me!!!

I feel like my head is quite mashed at the moment and I need to listen tot he tape to take a bit more in.

he did confirm some of the things I have seen in my house and he was spot on I have to say

the only family member that came through was someone who I really was not expecting and hadn't even been thinking about, she died 15 years ago and I didnt really know her either, so that was a surprise, he was exact about the way she passed.

I did ask him about my nana who died recently and he gave me her birthday, which was right, and...she did visit me the night she died, which I knew, just needed it confirming.

I was very careful I didnt give anything away to him, and he was very good, some things were not right.....well not yet anyway!

the weirdest thing though was as soon as I had sat down in front of him I became very hot, so hot I could feel the heat coming off me and I had to move my hand away from my face as it was uncomforable, I had been frozen cold all evening

so I have to think about where to go from here really do I try to ignore what I know will not go away or do I except it with open arms??

I try and organise a reading in March (makes an unusual Mothers day prezzie) and we had one lass walk in, look @ my father and say " Hi ******, ***** sends his regards ". She hadn't been told my fathers name and it was a message from a colleague who had died the previous month. My father just legged it.....

Same lass told me that I had a guide called White Owl.. (Oh dear I thought, how Paul Daniels, why not Geronimo ?) She said, White Owl says you don't believe but will show you his name over the weekend as proof...

All weekend I was on pins, anything white or birdlike........ Nothing.

Then Monday, went to the library, picked up a book and on the inside first page, was a dedication to 'White Owl'......

Nice to hear your going into healing someday, we need more healers..
