Anybody else heard about this new film, 'Blueberry?'
It's a Sci-Fi Western! huh.gif
I haven't seen it, but found a trailer and I'm really interested, (and intrigued!) It’s loosely based on a series of comics (anybody know it?).
I think it's a mixture of western and sci-fi (interesting combination, but I think it could really work – a possible cult classic?!). Basically it's got everything!
Definitely worth a look, I reckon, and will provide an interesting twist to the genre.

Oh, here's the trailer, by the way, so that you have some idea of what I'm on about!

Hi Trekstar,

I like the idea of this but there again the tv series Firefly was a sci-fi western and the film Serenity, thats based upon it will obviously be the same. Its strange how as soon as someone gets an idea for something, a load of other people do the same.
Some people think that its due to morphic fields but then others think that they are just ripping someone off! wink.gif

Oh right - I hadn't realised sci-fi western had been done before, seemed like a pretty original combination! Must be those morphic fields interfering again cool.gif Well, I'm going to watch it if I get the chance, see what it comes up with. With something as strange as sci-fi western there's gotta be a million ways a director can take it, so it might not end up as a rip-off of something else. The trailer certainly didn't look like anything I'd seen before!

you'll have to let us know if its worth watching please!

I hate having to go down to the video shop if a film is no good, and its a long way from DS9! laugh.gif trek.gif
