For me one of the best TV series was X-Files. Totally unmissable. So many twists in it, you never knew what would happen next. Millenium was good too, but in a different way, very laid back, but could be shocking.

I loved the early X-files Milly, I think it slipped a bit towards the later series.
Great stories

I loved X-Files from the start, I think it did get a bit too sophisticated toward the end and the writers had painted themselves into a corner with the plot. Anyone see Moulder play a transvestite FBI agent in Twin Peaks?

I suppose I should say something

I loved X-files for a few seasons but then I sort of lost track after it was moved around on BBC2. I suppose I could have watched it on cable but I hate the fights over the remote control

I enjoyed the xfiles when it was nice and new, the first couple of series' were intresting and the range of oddities covered was wide.
then by the end it was all UFOs UFOs UFOS......Oh and aliens too!
got very samey, and to be frank I lost interest in it.
obsessing about a lost sister years ago and talking about implants, it seemed very fashionable at the time.
I did like the other plots though, ghost photography, freak shows, strange animals etc.
sometimes a programme like that can spoil itself but going on to long.

I watched a few of the earliest episodes, it must be quite a few years back now and they were good - but it has seemed to get more and more 'ratings-orientated' as the series has gone on?
Isn't the X Files due to finish or has it already?!

some of the early episides are on beeb 2 quite late at night,at the moment.
I have enjoyed watching some of them, but they are a bit late in the day for me, I have been watching them then fall asleep half way through!
