I rented this a couple of days ago. It was made by the people who made the Mummy and like its sequel, there is too much digital effects on show. At one point my eyes were aching from all the onscreen mayhem. Basically its a homage to 30/40s horror movies but it also reminded me of the recent film; League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.
Well worth a look but watch out for the migraines.
