Does anyone remember this? It was made by the creators of X-Files and starred Lance Henrikson (?) as Frank Black, an ex-FBI agent who retired but now consults for the mysterious Millennium group on serial killers and weird crime. Its set on the run up to the millennium and lasted 3 seasons.
It was very dark and gruesome. Fans of CSI would enjoy it. I'm just watching season 1 on dvd again.

Yes its, well made. A cross between Se7en and X-Files.
First season is mostly serial killers every week but the second season is where it gets weird and Frank finds out that the Millenium group want to bring on the apocalypse. They plan to release a poisen to kill off most of the population and offer Frank an antidote but not for his wife or kid. The season ends with them hiding in a cabin in the forest as the time approaches. I haven't seen season 3 yet!
