Morbius has been on at me about the amount of books I have. He refuses to enter my 'study' unless wearing a containment suit.

I thought he was being a tad excessive until I decided to re-decorate there last weekend.

The sight of stacks of SF and Fantasy books 6 to 9 deep and usually 50 high scattered around the house has brought home the fact that I may need to restrain myself somewhat. ghostface.gif

Anyone else have this problem ?

I used to have this problem in my old house but the act of moving forced me to sort it out huh.gif

we have this problem with vids, and now its spreading toDVDs! laugh.gif

we got some nice slim line cabinets from ikea for the videos (all star trek) and that has helped to keep the place a lot tidier smile.gif

I do seem to be having a problem with crime books though, they seem to be breeding over night biggrin.gif

How did you manage that ? I've lived here 16 years now, but have moved 11 times in the past 30 years. My books have always come with me. hell I still have the paperback copy of Moorcocks The Oak & The Ram my uncle gave me when I was 10 or 11.

I loaned someone a copy of Ainsle Skinners Mindseye once. Took me 10 years to track down another copy. mad.gif

Remember.

A Book is for life, not just a toilet paper shortage.
