Full Version: Joan of arcadia
Sci-Fi Spectrum > Television > TV Series
Dax
a girl called Joan, lives in Arcadia, talks to "God" in many varied forms

(get it? joan of Arc?? biggrin.gif )

well I have watched quite a bit of them, "God" tells her to change stuff, if she does one thing to change the word the ripple effect takes over and then lots of things get changed etc

this week it turned out she had Lymes disease. and maybe all these visions of "God" she was having was related to her being poorly

I am left a little *odd* by this weeks, as it never said if it was the last in the series or tune in again next time and stuff.....it was not satisfying if you know what
I mean

does anyone know if it was the end or not please?

come to that, does anyone here ever watch it! biggrin.gif ?

I've never seen it to be honest Dax. Perhaps you should try searching on that internet gizmo thing for an episode guide, that might answer your question.
Dax
well I have had a look on living web site and to be blunt, the site is crap!

and nothing about it, apart from a brief run down of what its about, and the girl in the pic doesnt even look remotly like the girl in the programme!

as it wasnt on last night I guess its finished, they could of said though at the end of last weeks ep.

it wasn't that good any way biggrin.gif

That is the problem I find with channels on satellite is that they show a series but repeat it on some days, show old ones on another and before you know it you haven't a clue when the next episode is on if ever.

Ok, here is a link to a complete episode guide for Joan of Arcadia for Dax and anyone else who may be interested. For some strange reason episodes are numbered from 100 onwards, how strange!

The Doctor
I was forced to watch some of this the other day! laugh.gif I thought it was reasonable and likely to appeal to Buffy/Sabrina/Spike type of fans. smile.gif

As usual, the lead star is an attractive teenage american type, who has 'geeky' friends. wink.gif
