Took a Reiki Share on Friday at our local Town Hall. (Just Healers working as a group - no clients). Anyway, She Who Must Be Obeyed had slipped out to the kitchen to start the Coffee and came running back to say there was something out there. Then the stairs to our room started to creak as if someone was walking up. The 6 of us looked at each other.....
The next thing we knew the room was full of cold spots. Think we had about 4 active presences there.
As we came out we had a great view of the Towns Norman Church and its graveyard. Weird.

Funnily enough some of us used the same room for a guided meditation to meet our Totem Animals yesterday (awesome experience). Not a peep.

I'm priviledged to say I have a small Hawk.
I was lying there during the meditation thinking "oh dear, he has the timing wrong, this is pants, I'll have to do this later at home" and such stuff. The next thing I knew I had this little male Merlin flying around me. Really, really unexpected. I've spent the last couple of days walking around with a stunned grin.
Others came back with a Cat, an Owl, A Squirell and a Stag. I think the lass who came back with the Stag is probably more gobsmacked than I am. But as we searched for the significance of the Totems we were suprised at how fitting each Totem is for the person they chose.
A great meditation. If your on that sort of path I highly recommend it.

Exactly. Well said Dax. I've always looked at Earth as my principal element (of the classic 5 - hey check the Logon) and went in expecting a mammal of some kind. To come back with a bird has me gobsmacked. But then, as I look at the lesson It's here to teach, it makes sense.
