Beeb 2 are showing classic X files on friday nights, as with everything though, its on really late, 12.30 am
they are worth watching, the earlier ones were so much better I think than just the alien nonsense they got to in the end.
lets watch about the freaks and monsters of the night!
great stuff!!!

excellant news, I agree the earlier series were def. best, I rapidly lost interest in the x-files come the third series I think it was, I'm not very good at keeping track of these things.
Happy viewing

Yes, agree with you there Jethro........ Chris Carter found himself in the position of having to wrap up the alien/government conspiracy story line which he had been making up as he went along

If you want a good brainmelting experience. Try running Conspiracy X... A game based on (amongst others) The X Files.
I still have flashbacks.
On the other hand, try and catch a listen to 'Songs in the Key of X' music inspired by the X-Files. Some crap but some of the stuff is quite haunting.

I watched the X-Files from the start on the beeb too, loved it. I notice that there is a new magazine/dvd bi-monthly out. There are 4 episodes per disc and the first issue is only £2.99

Just to add..... I've seen the full set of Season 1 for sale in a well known high street store for £18. The later seasons aren't much more, so if you want the set its cheaper to buy them as boxsets.
