Its due out this summer but I just can't get excited by it. The original films with Christopher Reeve were enough. I don't really want to see anything else. Smallville on tv does the job too most of the time so lightsabre.gif to the new film. smile.gif

yea i kinda agree with ya there....if they are going to make another superman, then i think that they should have waited longer, let more time elapse from the old one to this one....

I watched it on Dvd yesterday and i actually thought it was quite good.... thumbup1.gif
Dax
funny you should say that Vanner, I watched it on Eater Sunday

I though it was ok, and it did have a lot of the old themes and feelings if you know what I mean

I guess growing up with Superman being Reeves no one will ever truly replace him.......but saying that we normally are able to accept new Bonds smile.gif

Is it just me or does anyone else think Kate Bosworth looks a lot like Amanda Holden in it ??... unsure.gif
Dax

Saw this at last yesterday and I thought it was good entertainment. Obviously a continuation of the original Chris Reeve movies including un-used clips of Marlon Brando. Although it was a well directed film I can't stop thinking.......... would we have missed it if it were not made? No more Superman films please, the well is dry.

Not caught it yet. My back log of films to see is building up. Trouble is we have a Pawn Shop in town that sellls DVD's at £3. That's cheaper than rental.......soo our collection just keeps growing..

Finally got to see this un, Really enjoyed. Thought some of the science was a bit 'sus', but Kevin Spacey made an excellent Luthor.
