I bought this book some years back and I love it. Set in the very near future on an Earth that's succumbing to the effects of rabid anti technology and glaciation, a scoop ship from Near Earth Space Habitats crashes during an oxygen run. Its the tale of how the two pilots are rescued and their adventures with those weirdest of Terran Creatures......SF Fans. If you don't know at least one fen in the tale thn your not trying.

They have a lot of good stuff, the trouble is, it's alphabetically listed. There are some in series there but you dont notice it at first. To help, here's a few good uns.

Earth's first encounter with aliens, interplanetary battles and the first power suited infantry. My description is PANTS... Read them and enjoy.

2. The Wargods Own.

Fantasy Series, The worlds most unlikely Paladin. Has to be bullied by the War God into becoming one, Nice characterisations.

1. 1632.
2. 1633.

A small mining town in the USA is shunted back through time and space to the chaos of Germany of the 15th Century. Again, lovely characterisations. Bit gun porn at first, but copes well. There are a lot of spin off short stories... But how many of us read short stories eh ?

Sorry, I can't remember the correct order for this lot. (sigh) Alternative Roman Empire where a sentient crystal entity from the future travels back to help humanity battle a rising darkness by bonding with Belisarius, the empires greatest general.
