Anyway, the most expensive underlay we sell is guaranteed to be dimensionally stable (amongst other things).
I took great delight yesterday in explaining to a couple that it was the only underlay we sell that is not going to slip off into an alternate reality at a whim. Their faces were quite bemused as I explained the phenomena of 'underlay uncertainty'(Is it there or not) and how to avoid the chance of cross reality fluff contamination.
I think the husband got it because on his way to the shop exit he suddenly burst into giggles..
